Patrice holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from South Africa. Jimmy Wong Jimmy has over 13 years of experience in the global business sector. He has advised several multinational corporations, fund managers and high net worth individuals on tax and regulatory matters, structuring and establishing companies, funds and trusts in Mauritius and ongoing management, administration and accounting matters. He has also worked in the audit practice of a leading CA Firm . Jimmy joined Kemp Chatteris Deloitte as Partner in 2002 and has been a Director of DTOS since that date. He was appointed MD of DTOS Ltd. in 2005. Jimmy is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England &Wales and is a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He has spoken at various international conferences in China,Hong Kong, Singapore and Mauritius on his areas of specialization. Gaëtan Lan Gaetan is CFO of IBL Group since 2005. Gaetan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England &Wales. Simon Pierre Rey Simon-Pierre heads Corporate Affairs,HR &Communications and IT of IBL Group. Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UK and is associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales. Eric Venpin Eric has been a Director of DTOS Ltd. since 1995 and is currently the MD of Mauritian Eagle Insurance Co.Ltd. He is also acting COO of Financial Services Unit of IBL i.e. DTOS, Mauritian Eagle Insurance and Mauritian Eagle Leasing. He has more than 13 years of experience in Global Business Sector. Eric is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and is a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Amit Verma - Business Development Director Amit has over 10 years of experience specializing in corporate finance, product development, management consulting and operations. He has advised on many business process re-engineering projects spanning different countries in Asia Pacific and the Americas.He worked in various capacities at HSBC,GE Capital,Maruti Suzuki and Daewoo before joining DTOS Ltd as Director. Amit holds an MBA from IIM, Kozhikode with specialization in Finance and Marketing. He also holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Kurukshetra, India. |
