Mervyn Chan - Senior Manager Mervyn has over 10 years of experience in the global business sector, specializing in company and trust setting up and administration, international tax structuring, compliance and regulatory matters.He joined DTOS Ltd in 1999 and headed the Corporate and Trust services division. Mervyn is an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK and also holds a diploma in Association of Business Executives from UK. Lina How - Senior Manager - Fund Services Lina has over 9 years of professional experience in fund services specifically, and corporate and trust administration generally. She has been responsible for structuring, setting up and administering funds for large private equity, asset, management and hedge fund companies. Lina holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from a joint programme of La Trobe University and The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists & Managers, Australia. Mike Mootien - Senior Manager - Corporate & Trust Services Mike Mootien has over 9 years of professional experience in the field of corporate and trust administration. He joined DTOS Ltd in 2000 and has developed significant expertise in the structuring and formation of global business companies and trusts. Mike holds a BCOM degree from the Wits University, South Africa and a PDM (Business Administration) from the Wits Business School, South Africa. Kevin Allagapen - Senior Manager - Corporate & Trusts Services Kevin has over 9 years of experience in structuring and administration of global business companies, private equity funds and trusts. He has been mainly involved in dealings with high net worth individuals, institutional investors and multinationals. He is also the General Manager of DTOS International Ltd, Dubai branch and is responsible for Dubai operations. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Natal, South Africa and an MBA from the University of Birmingham, UK. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, London. Chaya Subramanien - Senior Manager - Legal Technical and Special Projects Division Chaya has more than 15 years of experience in structuring, setting up and administration of collective investment schemes. She joined DTOS in 2002 as manager of fund services. She has also gained valuable experience as Compliance manager for IBL group. She is responsible for legal matters, technical and special projects in DTOS. Chaya holds a BA (Hons)Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds, UK. Mario Lan - Senior Manager - Finance and Administration Mario heads the finance and administration department. He has a valuable experience in handling finance,accounts and administration in various capacities. He has been with DTOS since 2003. He holds a Diploma in accounting. |
