Administrative Coordinator
MAIN DUTIES:
- Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- File and retrieve organisational documents, records, and reports.
- Follow up of administrative tasks.
- Typing and formatting documents.
- To provide secretarial duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- HSC
- 1-2 Years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
OTHER REQUISITES
- A can do, positive attitude.
- Dynamic, committed, and proactive.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work on his/her own initiative and within a team environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
