Digital Marketing Manager

DTOS Ltd is a member of IBL group and the largest independent management company in the global business sector since 1993. MAIN DUTIES:

  • Digital strategy: Implement DTOS Digital Marketing Strategy
    • Propose and review a Digital strategy and a roadmap for DTOS to increase online visibility. Implement a balance traffic mix for DTOS: Organic (SEO), Direct, Social Media and referral.
    • Implement Digital (and non-digital) Marketing actions/ campaigns to increase web traffic (qualified traffic) from key markets – organic (social media) and SEM campaigns.
    • Implement an SEO strategy (included backlink and Keyword strategy).
    • Collaborate to projects contributing to improve user experience by transforming our ways of working using digital platforms
    • Contribute to enhance DTOS capacity to exploit and to manage data
    • Contribute to implement Data analytics and Business Information tools
    • Collaborate to the customer journey and mapping of touchpoints
  • Website project: Upgrade and optimise DTOS website
    • Propose recommendation with an action plan (roadmap) to improve the website based on the user experience.
    • Coordinate the upgrade and development of the website
    • Propose relevant KPIS for monitoring website traffic and content relevance
    • Optimized Google Analytics to generate reporting at all levels
  • Social media: Optimise all social platform
    • Social media plan and Community management:
      1. Develop and implement social media plan to give visibility to the Brand
      2. Management of the community. This strategy aims to transform social media into effective tools of influence and vectors of proximity towards communities.
      3. Develop a relevant SEM strategy
    • Assist Business Development Team
      1. Assist DTOS BD team with appropriate social media communication plan
      2. Facilitate the strategic thinking with analysis of DTOS performance and benchmark of the market
      3. Contribute to position DTOS on different networks
  • Mail-Marketing: enhance the way DTOS communication via Mass-Mailing
    • Review the mass-mailing strategy.
    • Review all mailchimp template to reach best practice in term of e-mail marketing.
    • Grow DTOS database through digital marketing campaign
    • Ensure DTOS is GDPR compliant in data processes
    • Compile a centralised reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree in marketing or any other equivalent

• At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing

OTHER REQUISITES

• Result oriented with ability to maintain high standard of service level.

• Finance and Accounting literacy would be an advantage

• Experience with:

  1. Google Analytics
  2. Mailchimp
  3. WordPress
  4. Any webinar software.

• A can-do, positive person

• Proficiency in interpreting results and formulating recommendations/action plans.

Assistance to comply with US Foreign Account Tax
Compliance Act (FATCA) & OECD Common Reporting
Standards (CRS):


• Apply the prescribed due diligence rules and completing the
‘Self-Certification’ exercise;


• Design and implement internal processes and procedures to
ensure compliance under FATCA/CRS;


• Assist in compiling, assessing, validating and reporting the
