DTOS Projects, Marketing and Communication department partners with the various lines of business to bring expertise that will drive business development and revenue growth.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will report to the Head of Projects, Marketing and Communication. The Digital Marketing Manager will have the responsibility to promote DTOS’s Brand by developing and implementing smart and creative marketing campaigns. The Manager shall have extensive knowledge in the digital space and will be responsible for defining the digital marketing strategy and implement relevant Key performance indicators. The objective of the post will be to enhance the brand awareness of DTOS, drive website traffic, grow the company’s presence on digital platforms.


  • Defining the strategic marketing plan and present same to internal stakeholders
  • Manage the content development and publication of relevant communication material for both internal and external communication
  • Coordinate surveys on brand awareness, customer satisfaction, sales performance, etc…
  • Define relevant Key performance indicators and prepare accurate report of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Participate with internal team on new projects
  • Attend events to keep up to date market trends
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize performance
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining our digital presence


  • Result oriented professional and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement


  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 8 Years in similar position
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
