Caoilfhionn (pronounced Keelen) is Irish and has spent her career advising on international tax and structuring.   She is a UK qualified chartered accountant, she started her career in the international tax team of Arthur Andersen, London, and thereafter at Deloitte, London. She then moved to South Africa where she was the head of international tax at Sasol for nine years until 2016; while in Johannesburg she was also a part-time lecturer in international tax at the University of Johannesburg, as well as a member of the SA International Tax Technical Working Group. Caoilfhionn founded Regan van Rooy in 2016 and moved to Mauritius in 2019 to set up the group’s Mauritian.

Faraz holds an LL. B (Hons.) from the University of London and an LL.M in International Economic Law and Policy from the School of Law of the University of Barcelona. He did an internship at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, and subsequently joined the United Nations’ Investment Division (UNCTAD, Geneva) as Legal Consultant. He was also previously an Investment Executive at the ex-Board of Investment of Mauritius, and the Officer-in-Charge of the ex-Financial Services Promotion Agency of Mauritius. Faraz has authored and co-authored articles in trade and investment laws in transnational journals and United Nations publications and was part of the drafting team of the World Investment Report 2012 and the International Investment Agreements Negotiators Handbook (2012/2013).

Didier has more than 20 years of post-qualification experience (ACCA) and has spent ten years working for the largest Mauritian commercial bank both in Mauritius and Mozambique and 4 years for the Tanzanian operations of a major Mauritian sugar player before coming back to Mauritius and join DTOS in 2013. He is in charge of the International operations of the Group and as such spearheads its international presence in Kampala and Nairobi for the East African market, in Dubai and Ras-Al-Khaimah for the Middle East market as well as the Representative Offices of Mumbai and Shanghai.   He is also a Director of DTOS Outsourcing Ltd, the financial and accounting outsourcing arm of the Group as well as DTOS Registry Services Ltd.

Timo is an experienced sales director with over 16 years’ experience in luxury real estate. He is a founding partner of Hayes, Matkovich and Associates, a leading golf estate sales specialist in South Africa. An islander since 2005, his sales and negotiation skills were key to the launch of Heritage Villas Valriche, a 288-villa residential golf estate in the South of Mauritius. He is now a Managing Partner for Mauritius Sotheby’s International Realty, the exclusive agent for the most exquisite residential properties on the island.
