Team Leader – Fund Administration

MAIN DUTIES:

• Provide support and guidance to Fund Administrators in the day-to-day servicing of administration including dealing with
technical issues related to the setting up of Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) and other regulated entities incorporated
within DTOS.
• Plan and organise workload to ensure timely delivery as per service level agreements and review work for juniors.
• Act as intermediary between clients and other stakeholders and service providers (including regulators, authorities and other
financial institutions).
• Co-ordinate and assist with preparation of board meeting materials;
• Attend meeting of directors, shareholders and committee of trustees.
• Monitor compliance with local rules and regulations as well as international best-practices.
• Ensure due diligence exercise are carried out as per established procedures and provision of company secretarial duties are
in line with prevailing legislations.
• Ensure that all client companies are compliant with prevailing Laws and regulations.
• Assist management in developing and implementing new procedures and systems.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required on request of the Head of Department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:​​​​​​​

• Bachelor’s degree in Law & Management, Management, Business Administration.
or Holder of a Professional qualification (ICSA/ACCA/ACA).
• Minimum of 5 years within the global business sector.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervisory role within the fund administration field.
• Knowledge of Fund administration platforms and softwares (MicroGen,Paxus,etc) would be an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Good team player, with strong customer service drive.
• Up to date with relevant legislations and regulations.
